COPENHAGEN, DK /ACCESSWIRE/April 22, 2022/ Linkfire (STO:LINKFI)(NASDAQ:LINKFI.ST) has signed a new marketing and affiliate agreement with Amazon Music, which aims to support the growth of the company’s traffic commissions.

The new agreement strengthens Linkfire’s position as a leading music and entertainment marketing platform. Through this new agreement, Amazon Music is leveraging a personalized user acquisition strategy that was designed with Linkfire to span multiple fan interaction touchpoints across its expansive and growing discovery network.

Linkfire Affiliate Agreements monetize traffic when consumers sign up with a digital service provider or transact through a smart link. New deal with Amazon Music supports Linkfire traffic monetization.

Linkfire will provide updates on the financial impact of the new agreement in its upcoming financial reports.

Amazon Music is reinventing music listening by allowing customers to unlock millions of songs and thousands of curated playlists and stations with their voice. With Amazon Music, Prime members get access to ad-free listening to 2 million songs at no additional cost to their subscription. Listeners can also take advantage of the premium subscription service, Amazon Music Unlimited, which provides access to over 75 million songs and the latest releases. Customers also have free access to an ad-supported selection of the best playlists and stations on Amazon Music.

Lars Ettrup, CEO and co-founder of Linkfire, comments:
We are proud to announce this multi-year affiliate agreement with Amazon Music. Stronger affiliate collaborations allow our traffic commissions to grow, as the majority of consumer connections are still not monetized. This agreement further strengthens our position in the global entertainment discovery market and also supports our strategic ambition to further increase traffic monetization. In 2021, Linkfire connected 1.6 billion consumers to music and entertainment services and this deal means more fans around the world can find the content they love.”

Andrea Arcari, Director of Business Development at Linkfire, adds:
Amazon has built impressive and strong devices and services and Amazon Music contributes to this by supporting the retention and growth of subscription business at Amazon. Linkfire is now pleased to provide this affiliate model which now supports Amazon Music to drive the growth of its global subscriber base.”
